Beginning with us in sales and moving to sales management, Russ is now the General Manager at Metzgar Conveyors. He coordinates and develops all aspects of Metzgar’s business processes, from sales to the shop floor. Russ is responsible for leading his team to surpass their customer’s expectations, while delivering industry leading service and support. Russ leans on his 20 years of experience in factory automation and logistics to customize every solution to fit the customer’s application. Russ believes it is his team centered, collaborative approach that makes Metzgar the best custom conveyor facility in the world.
